From the President There has not been a whole lot of flying going on lately due to the excessive heat and wind in this big convection oven we live in. Still, there are a few new planes out and about, so obviously the Vegas Summer building season is bearing fruit. Because of their absence, there will be no September club meeting. City of North Las Vegas park badge are required to fly at the McCool Field. Get your badge or renew for $20.00 at NLV Parks and Recreation Center, 1638 N. Bruce St., North Las Vegas, NV. Don’t forget to bring your 2010 AMA card with you.
